“Vehicle” refers to any car or vehicle submitted for sale, evaluation, or inspection through CarBuyingZone.ae.
2. Use of Our Services
ae provides an online platform to assist in car buying transactions. By using our website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and accept responsibility for any content you submit.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Additionally, you must either be the owner of the vehicle you are selling or have Power of Attorney (POA) that authorizes you to act on the owner’s behalf.
3. Appointment and Valuation Process
Valuation: Our online valuation tool provides an estimate based on the information provided. This estimate is non-binding and may differ from the final offer.
Inspection: Final offers are determined after a mandatory vehicle inspection at one of our locations. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any vehicle based on inspection results.
Quality Check: Following inspection, we reserve the right to perform an additional Quality Check (QC). If any hidden or undisclosed conditions arise, or if any parameters are found to be in violation of the law (such as odometer rollback), we reserve the right to amend the offer or cancel the contract without requiring consensus from the seller.
Appointments: Users are encouraged to make appointments for inspections. Confirmed appointments are necessary to receive timely service, but we cannot guarantee immediate service in case of delay or no-shows.
4. Requirements for Vehicle Purchase
Vehicles offered for sale must be owned by you or have the full consent of the owner to be sold through Power of Attorney (POA).
You must provide proof of ownership, a valid ID, and all required documentation at the time of the transaction.
Vehicles must be free of any liens, loans, or claims unless explicitly disclosed and approved.
